Authors Guidelines

At Aytin Publications, our aim is to support quality research and make science accessible. We provide a platform for authors to share their innovative ideas, theories, and findings to a global audience. To maintain high standards, we have set up guidelines for authors to follow. These guidelines are like a roadmap to help authors submit their work smoothly, ensuring a straightforward review and publication process.

Types of Articles:

We publish high quality research articles and request authors to submit their articles in following categories Medical and Healthcare, Biological Science, Business and Economics, Physical Science, Social Sciences and Humanities, Engineering and Technology, and more.

Research Articles:

These articles containing new research findings and contribute to academic discourse. Typically ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 words (excluding references). Research articles generally consist of the following key elements: Article title, Author affiliations, Corresponding author details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

Review Articles:

Review articles focus on summarizing and evaluating existing research on a specific topic. Typically spanning 2,000 to 5,000 words (excluding references). Review articles encompass key elements such as the Article title, Author affiliations, Corresponding author details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

Editorial Articles:

Editorial articles should be written on issues relevant to the journal's scope or the broader academic community. Editorial articles typically spanning 1,000 to 2,000 words (excluding references). Editorial articles generally consist of the following key elements Title, Author affiliations, Corresponding author details, description, and References.

Short Communications:

Short Communications are short articles which state or present original and significant material. These are concise articles are no longer than 2000 words and should contain following elements: Article title, Author affiliations, Corresponding author details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Discussion, and References.

Case reports:

A case report details a patient's medical profile, sharing unique occurrences for medical, scientific, or educational purposes to benefit the healthcare community. The word limit for a typical case report article usually ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 words and contain following elements: Title, Author affiliations, Corresponding author details, Abstract, Keywords, Case Presentation, Discussion/Conclusion, and References.

Letter to the Editor:

Letters to the editor are submissions from readers addressing concerns or responding to original research papers in a publication. Limited to 1500 words, these letters include essential elements such as a title, author affiliations, corresponding author details, a description, and references.

Article Preparation Guidelines

Cover letter:

When submitting a manuscript, please accompany it with a cover letter. Include details such as the manuscript designation, names of co-authors, and comprehensive contact information for the corresponding author, including office or institutional address, telephone, fax, and email. Confirm that the submitted article is not concurrently under consideration elsewhere. For manuscripts invited by an Editorial Board member or the Editorial office, kindly furnish the relevant details. This cover letter ensures proper identification and communication during the review/publication process.

Formatting:

  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, using 12-point font, double-spaced text, and 1-inch margins.
  • Use a clear and concise font like Times New Roman or Arial.

Title Page:

  • Include a separate title page with the manuscript title, names, affiliations of all authors, a running head (within 50 characters), and corresponding author's name, address, and email.
  • Acknowledgements and funding information should be provided.

Abstract:

  • Begin the manuscript with a concise abstract (up to 250 words) summarizing the research, emphasizing its significance and implications.
  • List 3 to 5 keywords describing the manuscript content.

Introduction:

  • Clearly present the background, research question, hypotheses, and objectives in the introduction.

Materials and Methods:

  • Detail the research methods, including experimental designs and statistical approaches, ensuring clarity for replication.

Results:

  • Present research results logically using tables and figures where appropriate, emphasizing their significance.

Discussion:

  • Interpret results, draw conclusions, and relate findings to existing literature, highlighting implications and suggesting future research directions.

Conclusion:

  • Provide a clear and concise conclusion summarizing main findings and their implications.

References:

  • Include a formatted reference list at the end, following a consistent referencing style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).
  • Ensure proper citation of all sources in the text and inclusion of all cited sources in the reference list.

Figures and Tables:

  • High-quality, clearly labeled figures and tables should be placed where first mentioned in the text.

Supplementary Materials:

  • Submit supplementary materials separately (e.g., data, videos) and reference them appropriately in the manuscript.

Ethics:

  • Studies involving human or animal subjects must have ethics committee approval, with details included in the manuscript to ensure ethical considerations are met.

Authors are responsible for adhering to referencing style guidelines, and failure to do so may result in publication delays or manuscript rejection. These guidelines aim to maintain consistency and quality throughout the publication process.

Manuscript Submission:

Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts online through the "Submit Article" link on the journal's homepage. Follow the provided on-screen instructions for uploading. Alternatively, for offline submission, send articles via email to: " ". Manuscripts not adhering to the "Instructions to Authors" will be returned to authors for technical rectification before undergoing editorial or peer review. This process ensures submissions align with the journal's guidelines for a smooth publication.

Open Access Policy:

Open Access (OA) policy ensures free, unrestricted online access to research outputs like journal articles and books. OA content is accessible to everyone without any associated fees, allowing users to read, download, copy, and utilize them for lawful purposes. There are no financial, legal, or technical barriers, except those inherent to internet access, making research widely available and easily accessible to the global community.

Copyright policy:

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is unpublished (except as an abstract, lecture, review, or thesis), not under consideration elsewhere, and has approval from coauthors and institute authorities. Upon acceptance, authors agree to transfer copyright to the publisher and commit to not publishing the manuscript elsewhere without copyright holders' consent. Authors bear sole responsibility for scientific integrity, including preventing plagiarism. While the publisher isn't accountable for scientific malfeasance, Aytin Publications will adhere to stringent guidelines and the Editor-in-Chief's advice for retractions or corrections if scientific malfeasance or errors are identified in any published article.

Article Withdrawal Policy:

Articles submitted to Aytin Publications can be withdrawn by either the authors or the publisher. Withdrawal is possible at any time before the official publication on the journal page, including information on volume, issue, and page numbers. Authors wishing to withdraw an article must provide a signed request from all co-authors to the journal's editorial office via email. In cases of contravention of publishing ethics, guidelines, duplicate submission, plagiarism, etc., the publisher retains the right to withdraw or reject the manuscript at any stage of the publishing process.

An Article Processing Charge (APC):

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is a fee imposed on authors, their institutions, or funders to cover the expenses associated with publishing an article in an open access journal. Aytin Publications mandates authors to pay an APC, encompassing costs for peer-review, editing, publishing, maintenance, archiving, and online access. APC amounts vary by journal and are explicitly outlined on each journal's website, with payment required before publication.

Refund Policy:

Once an article is accepted and published, the Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by the author to Aytin Publications is non-refundable. After payment and the article's public availability, no refunds for the APC will be processed.

Waiver Policy:

Recognizing financial constraints, Aytin Publications maintains a transparent waiver policy. Waivers and discounts on APC are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low-income countries per World Bank criteria and those conducting research without external financial support. The goal is to remove economic barriers, ensuring authors can publish in Aytin Publications' open-access journals irrespective of financial status.
